(HA' PENNY RESTAURANT - EXTERIOR TERRACE - 9TH STREET WAREHOUSES) This building is fire sprinklered to substitute for 1-hr fire-resistance rated construction. To construct a 313 square foot uncovered exterior terrace for restaurant seating. The terrace will be an expansion of an existing restaurant/bar tenant. Work is to include concrete footings, concrete piers, steel columns, steel beams, a concrete slab on a steel deck, guards, exterior doors and sidelights, brick veneer, steel stud ceiling framing, and stucco. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, with the structural calculations and design, and with all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. CJW DRH07-00425.
