Called ###-#### and spoke with David Martin regarding the sales of the establishment. Based on the ordinance an establishment that thrives on beer and wine sales will need to have a conditional use permit. If the establishment is mainly food sales, I can go ahead and approve the application. Mr. Martin will be submitting information to me regarding the last three months of sales to show what type of an approval he will need.
