This project is for the firring out of the interior side of the exterior concrete basement walls of an existing single family dwelling. The walls at the exterior will be insulated to R-13. The project will include the addition of sheetrock to select interior partitions as well. Separate electrical, plumbing permits are required. R-2-H ok per Colleen Carroll.
