Work includes selective interior demolition; structural demolition of a 20' x 9' overhead door for vehicle access to installation bay with new W14 x 61 steel beam with a 4" x 6" x 1/4" column support on steel plates with bolted, welded, epoxy & expansion bolt assembly connections per engineering. To construct new interior non-bearing walls to create the sales/display, office, installation and speaker fab areas. To remodel two existing restrooms for full accessibility compliance; provide handrails & guards per code; provide accessible route from parking lot to interior and all areas within except basement; upgrade finishes, electrical, mechanical & plumbing. drs

Received 8-1/2" x 11" e-mail detail showing relocated restrom fixtures to allow the installation of the water closet plumbing to miss the existing concrete floor "T". Water closets were placed on rear exterior wall with all applicable clearances to comply with ICC/ANSI A117.1- 98, Ch. 6 for accessibility. Copy of plan to Mike Jordan, structural inspector and a copy to records to be entered into original plans. Sent e-mail response back to Marc approving the change as indicated.
