Permit to repair a fire damaged four-plex. Original building permit number is BLD1052729. Fire damage repair work for unit number 102. Therefore the majority of damage is in this unit. The one hour floor ceiling assembly above afore mentioned unit was also damaged therefore will need to be replaced and brought up to current code. Originally built under the 1991 UBC and areas damaged will be brought up to current code, 2003 IBC. Work to include repairing fire damage: gypsum drywall, ductwork, minor electrical, smoke detectors, sound insulation, and Fire rated floor/ceiling assembly. No structural damage/work required. All penetrations and/or openings of the Fire-resistant-rated assembly shall comply with Section 716, 2003 IBC.(see plan review report) SRZ.
