Spoke with Justin regarding FD access roadway signage. After reviewing the FD access plan; the clubhouse parking lot driveway entrances can be signed as an alternative to signing the existing public roadways. This FD access lane designation will fulfill the signage/marking requirements for FD roadways for the new clubhouse. Per Justin, the location of the existing fire hydrant shown on plans, is inaccurate. The existing fire hydrant is south of the new clubhouse along the public roadway. This location will be acceptable. However final approval will be subject to satisfactory field inspection and verification by the PDS/fire inspector.
