I let him know Erosion and Sediment Control had failed his plans and needed a responsible person as required by the application. I asked him to call Steve Webb and he stated he had already spoke with him. I offered to check with Steve on his behalf. I was unable to meet with Steve and called the Architect back and asked him to leave a message with Steve. (SRZ)
