This project is for the addition of 240s.f. to the rear of an existing 1089s.f. 1-story single family dwelling in the R-1C zoning district on a non conforming lot approved through DRH08-00013 by Josh Wilson. The addition will be for a new master bedroom a conversion of a bedroom to the new master bath area and the remodel of the kitchen area including a new stairway to the basement and the installation of egress windows and new windows on the main level Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical and ESC permits are required. This project is in conjunction with BLD08-00120 (see comments) for an interior demo taken out in order to keep working on the project while the exterior changes were in the zoning approval process.
