This project is for the construction of a new 360s.f. covered wooden deck at the rear of an existing single family dwelling in the foothills overlay area. MTI has inspected the placement of the concrete colum pads and state that they are adequate for the design and the loading as placed. No requirements for public works with the MTI documents attached to the permit application. R-1B setbacks ok per Lucinda Grames. All per the approved plans as marked and architect's calculations. pep
