The 1157 sq.ft. basement level includes two units. Unit 001 has 699 sq.ft., one bedroom, and one bath. Unit 002 has 458 sq.ft., one bedroom, and one bath. The 1313 sq.ft. First story level includes two units. Unit 101 has 625 sq.ft., one bedroom, and one bathroom. Unit 102 has 688 sq.ft., one bedroom, and one bathroom. The 1122 sq.ft. Second story level includes one unit. Unit 201 has two bedrooms, and one bathroom. Work included in this permit is relocating the dwelling unit's separation walls and construct them per the 2006 IBC. Separate permits will be required for electrical, plumbing and mechanical. NOTE: This building is not required to be fire sprinklered since the 5 residential units were existing and approved per CAA05-00315.
