To create a 747 square foot retail sales / office tenant space on the 1st story of an 11 story high-rise building. Egress is directly to the outside at grade. Work is to include: interior gypsum wall finish, new lighting fixtures, new entry storefront, new H-VAC ducts, diffusers, and suspended ceilings. Items such as accessible restrooms, drinking fountains, etc. will be addressed on occupancy permit. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes. No certificate of occupancy is allowed under this permit.
