Description	(THE STUDIO CORP.) This building is NOT fire sprinklered. To remodel the interior of an existing 9,538 square foot tenant space. Photography studios, storage rooms, and offices will be created. A 1-hr fire-resistance-rated exit vestibule (1-hr walls, 1-hr ceiling, 45 minute door) will be created at the back alley. A portion of the alley wall will be removed and a portion of the existing concrete floor slab will be removed. Where the concrete slab is removed, a new concrete floor slab will be placed 7 inches below the rest of the floor level. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, upgrades to a 3-hr fire-resistance property line wall (i.e. party wall), hallways, minor accessible upgrades to an existing restroom, and interior finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. CJW
