The building plans did not contain an accurate site plan showing porches, dimensions and vegetation. I left a message for Mike Wood, listed as the contact person on the application. Let him know we would need this information prior to planning signing off. I will hold the plans in my office until I hear from him as to a time line for the submittal of the site plan.

Spoke with Angela Wood regarding site plan. She said to pull the site plan from the Design Review application to attach to the Building Permit plans. This plan has been copied, signed and attached to the documents. Staff has approved the plans per DRH06-00027. The Design Review 18 month approval period expired on February 15, 2008 however the applicant had the building permit request into the city on February 13, 2008 beating the deadline.
