(THE LITTLE GYM - CARRIAGE CROSSING) To construct an finish a 4,413 sq.ft. space within a new 10,120 sq. ft. shell building constructed under BLD07-03193. Vanilla finish for this space constructed under BLD08-00344. Work includes construction of interior non-bearing walls to create a GYM (exercise area); MULTI-PURPOSE ROOM (unconcentrated use); a combination of Lobby, Retail, Reception & Office areas and to modify electrical, mechanical & plumbing, all per reviewed plans to include red-line notes thereon and all attached plan review comments or conditions of all reviewing agencies. Post a Maximum Occupant Load sign of 49 in the GYM and of 49 in the Multi Purpose Room per Sec. 1004.3, 2006 IBC. The accessible restrooms, accessible forward approach and standing drinking fountains the suspended ceiling grid, light fixtures and mechanical ducting and diffusers were all part of the VANILLA finish permit BLD08-00344. This building is not sprinklered. All doors, clear floor area, approach clearance and door hardware shall comply with Sec. 1008.1.8 for fire/life safety and accessibility. drs
