Mindy Wallace from ACHD sent me an e-mail stating they are currently charging $20.50 per lineal foot for curb and gutter installation and materials. With 58.41 lineal feet of frontage, this applicant will be required to submit $1197.40 to the trust. An e-mail was sent to Mr. Blackshaw with this information. Both e-mails have been printed and are in file DRH08-00188.

Meet Harry Haun (contractor) on site. Explained there needed to be a bond for the curb and gutter along Breneman, the alley needed to be paved and there was concrete that needed to be removed which created a drive way off of Breneman. (Alley access only was the agreement.) Mr. Haun was going to contact Mr. Blackshaw to let him know of the requirements.

I spoke with Mr. Blackshaw regarding the need to remove concrete at the drive way off of Breneman. At the same time he also asked for the cost of curb and gutter installation (I have contacted ACHD to receive this number) and stated that he had installed the alley paving. I asked that ACHD inspect and approve prior to me signing off on the occupancy requirements. Once I receive the information from them, I will e-mail the information to him.
