(ST LUKES - S TOWER - OB/GYN STE 302 REMODEL) To remodel approximately 500 sq. ft. within an existing 7,191 sq. ft. occupied OB-GYN medical office. Work includes select demolition of two existing office's, a portion of a restroom and a portion of the waiting room; to construct new interior, non-bearing, non-combustible framed & finished walls to create a new Ultra Sound room, a new Office; a new accessible door opening from the ultra sound room into the existing restroom and remodel of existing office with new accessible door system; to add new ACT and grid in remodeled areas, relocate flourescent light fixtures, add new and relocate can lights; new mechanical diffusers to existing ductwork; modify electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler and alarm systems for tenant needs and code compliance and patch and repair areas disturbed by remodel, all per approved plans to include red-line notes on plans and all attached plan review comments / conditions. Separate applications and plans are required for approval & permits before beginning any work. drs
