Energy code compliance for the envelope was part of the SHELL permit. Sealing & insulation of ductwork, mechanical and lighting compliance are a part of this permit. One main exit can have a key locking device, readily distinguishable as being locked with approved sign as noted on plans. All others to be openable from egress side without the use of a key, special knowledge, or effort. THIS BUILDING IS NOT FIRE SPRINKLERED. All work per approved plans and Plan review report. (SRZ)
