The crawl space is conditioned using method 2.1 of section R408.3 with a continuous exhaust fan and an open air pathway to the house, the insulation used on crawl space walls will need a thermal barrier. No res check included with approved plans as the prescriptive requirements of chapter 11 of the IRC are being met or better. Built per all approved plans, red lining, plan review report, and all engineering. R-1C zoning district and building setbacks per Planning and Zoning.
