Staff went out on site to examine the improvements. The applicant has installed a vinyl window as opposed to a metal encasement window as stated in CZC08-00057. Also, the applicant does not have the parking striped per the approved plans and has an unauthorized razor wire fence that has been installed which interferes with the site circulation. To remedy the situation, the applicant is going to submit a new CZC showing the gate (to be opened during operating hours), will stripe the parking to match the submitted site plan, and will modify the CZC to reflect that the window will be vinyl as opposed to metal. Once this has been completed, staff will reinspect the site for final approval.
