I called James Gipson to see if they have a copy of a recorded easement agreement with the irrigation company to allow parking over the south property line into the canal company easement. He was not sure and was going to have to get back with me. I will maintain the plans in my office as I am the last one to review and sign off. I spoke with Tim Woodard to let him know I would be keeping the plans.

3/11/09 Spoke with James Gipson. The parking lot improvements were done under a seperate building permit which contained the easement. The building design and footprint are approved.

I have spoken with the applicant's attorney, Mr. Stoppello, and have sent a copy of the application as well as the fee.
