For the deck, work is to include wood stud pony walls, concrete stem walls, a wood ledger, wood joists, composite decking, and guards. A new bar will be installed inside this tenant space. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances.
