Description
Fire sprinklers are required. This house shall be fitted with a NFPA 13D system, modified to include a single row of dry sidewall sprinklers along all walls common to attached garage and the living space. The system shall also be equiped with an alarm initiating device commonly referred to as a a flow switch, and an outside alarm indicating device. A fire sprinkler permit is required prior to beginning any fire sprinkler permit. This permit is for the construction of a 3269 sqft single family dwelling with a casita, attached garage (797 sqft) and 272 sqft of covered patio, all per the approved plans, plan review report, any notations and the attached engineering. This lot is within the hillside area and is subject to the hillside ordinance. A class "A" roof system and defensible area will be maintained. The shower is not allowed in the casita.A letter from the applicant's geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing sub-grade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection.
