Repair all exit signs and emergency lights. Resubmit plans showing the two rooms built on the west side. Provide annual inspection for the fire sprinkler system and the ansul system. Provide a sprinkler head under the mezzanine built over the riser assembly. Remove the dead bolts from all doors. Provide single action lever hardware on all exterior doors except the main exit. The door to the mixing room needs to close on its own and latch. Provide additional exit sign in the west room/exit door as discussed.
