I called the applicant/owner/tenant and he said contract was awarded to Sunset Ridge Construction RCE-18834. I Called Larry Christensen/Sunset Ridge Const. and he verified that he did do the vanilla finish for this project and was the GC for this permit. I told him will be faxing over Final Value Notice for project soon.
