This project is for an interior remodel and enlarging an existing balcony. The interior remodel is to consist of partition work to reconfigure bedrooms and bathroom and add a bathroom in the basement area. The main level remodel will consist of the reconfiguration of the master suite and the bedroom adjacent to it. There will also be new and relocated exterior openings for the bedrooms and around the extended deck area. There will be about 50s.f. of living space added for a mud room from the garage area. Per Terry Records a geotech is not required for the foundation approval. due to the small scope of earth work an ESC permit is not required.
