(NUTRA-VET NUTRITIONALS) - Permit to remodel the interior space of an office warehouse 9,000 square foot tenant space. Scope of work; construct interior non-bearing partitions to make two packaging rooms in the existing warehouse. One packaging room is formed by prefabricated wall panels, and the other will be formed with full height steel stud walls insulated in accordance with the envelope compliance report. Although an envelope compliance report was conducted it did not take into account the eight foot by eight foot openings. The applicant maintains that he will not condition this space until a new res-check is submitted showing these openings accounted for. This building is not sprinklered. Nonseparated Uses per IBC Section 302.3.2. Any storage racks installed over 8 ft. in height require a separate building permit. The design, testing and utilization of industrial steel storage racks shall be in accordance with the RMI Specification for the Design, Testing and Utilization of Industrial Steel Storage Racks. NOTE: This building was originally constructed in Ada County and later annexed into Boise City. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase.**TLW**
