Staff has granted the builder a 30 day temporary occupancy due to teh fac tha tthe screen located on teh south elevation has not been installed, the parkign is not striped properly, and a DR modification application is currently going though the process to eliminate the trellis on the west elevation and the landscaping on the east side of the buildilng. By November 10, 2008, the modification will have to be processed and the front screen and parkign issues must be remedied or final occupancy will not be issued. ANT 10-10-08
