The CUP06-00078 conditions of approval #3 (applicant shall provide amenities: landscaping on common lot and install gazebo/barbecue equipment) as not been met. Condition of approval #2 (street facing building facade shall be composed of 15% door and windows, review of the proposed colors for the building) have not been met. The sidewalks have not been built yet as per ACHD approval. Called and left message with applicant on 7-3-08.
