Telcall from Andy Erstad, Arch, re. how to get occupancy for opening on Monday (8/25) since they forgot to get a FA permit to connect the new modular building (which comes with alarm devices pre-installed) to the main school FACP. Simplex expects to have plans in by Tuesday. I suggested contacting Mark Senteno if they would be willing to provide watchman service, for approval of that alternative monitoring service, or if Simplex could get the wiring connected over the weekend we would allow taht to be done without a permit and we could witness a function test on Monday for preliminary approval, pending final approval after plans have been approved. He will discuss further with the GC and school admin to decide a course of action.
