meeting with rita re: extension date - according to the date calculator we could only extend the permit to July 29, 2009 - i called wayne eldredge and informed him - he wanted to talk with rita, so i transferred him to rita - rita told him the same thing and told him that he could call jenifer on monday and discuss it with her

left vm for john resigh at ###-#### - have not heard back whether they intend to move forward or not - if not, i will be voiding this permit

talked to rita today - the application date was 8-18-08, permit was put in the ready status on 1-21-09 and there have been no requests for extensions - john reseigh called today and said the owner wants to pick up the plans and move forward, rita said it was okay

This aproval is for the building permit only. Occupancy will not be issued until the lot line between the two parcels have been removed per the agreement between S. Spjute and the applicant. 8-14-08 ANT.

Pass with conditions; 95-gallon carts to be used and stored inside or in an enclosure. Carts must be brought to Ash Park Ln. for collection. If waste generated is to great for the carts, service must be changed to dumpster w/ enclosure at the cost of building owner.
