(SPRAGUE SOLUTIONS - GEM NOBLE BLDG - 1ST FLR) This building is required to be fire sprinklered for building area increase and for story increase.(see BLD04-01154.) To construct a 2,634 sq.ft. tenant improvement space for a retail showroom located on the 1st story of an existing 2 story with basement historic building (11,400 square foot basement, 11,400 square foot 1st story, 11,500 square foot 2nd story). Work to include a retail showroom space, conference room, shower/toilet room accessible to the disabled, kitchenette, and studio. Separate electrical and plumbing permits are required. Any alterations or modifications to the fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department. All work shall comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes. **SRZ**

called GC and asked if still working on project because Fire alarm company voided out permit because tenant not moving in. He said they will just finish firring out one wall and stop on project. Told him need to fax over letter to void out permit and at where in scope of work did they cease work.
