Work also to include selective nonstructural interior demolition and demolition of the adjacent existing detached building and garage. The property shall be in safe condition after such removal and all combustible and non-combustible debris or materials shall be cleared away. All excavation remaining shall be filled in to ground level. This building is fully fire sprinklered, any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. SRZ
