(ST LUKES - IT BUILDING) To remodel a portion (1,157 sq.ft.) of the existing IT building to create a new electrical and UPS systems service room and the construction of a 900 sq.ft. addition to house a new back-up generator system and a new utility transformer. Additional HVAC equipment is also being added in support of the new work. Work also to include selective nonstructural interior demolition and demolition of the adjacent existing detached building and garage. The property shall be in safe condition after such removal and all combustible and non-combustible debris or materials shall be cleared away. All excavation remaining shall be filled in to ground level. This building is fully fire sprinklered, any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. **SRZ**
