(WRA - Western Realty Advisors) (suite# 310) To perform minor interior alterations to the conference room are which will include extending the existing glazing to the ( Any glazing within a 24" arc of either vertical edge of the door in a closed position shall be saftey glazing per 2406.3 of the 2006 International Building Code ) underside of the ceiling and adding a section of interior non-load bearing wall to accomodate a new hollow metal door. All walls shall be of non-combustabe construction. The one hour rated elevator vestibule shall be maintained. THIS IS A FULLY SPRINKLERED BUILDING AND ANY ALTERATIONS TO THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM WILL REQUIRE A SEPERATE PERMIT AND SHALL COMPLY WITH NFPA#13. CDM
