This project is for the placement of 2 new code complying egress windows in the basement of an existing single family dwelling. As the width of the openings is not changing, the headers will not be required to be changed. As the windows are changed and there are to be new egress window wells installed, R-1CH zoning approval is through DRH08-00275 by Mathew Halitsky. Separate electrical permit is required.
