(BSP)This project is for the placement of a new 1339s.f. basement under an existing 1349s.f. 1-story single family dwelling in the R1CH zone approved through DRH08-00260 & DRH08-00309 by Julie Archambeault. The basement will be 50% unfinished and a separate building permit is required to finish same. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical and ESC permits are required.
