Steve, this is the one I had requested a verbal or e-mail from you if this plan nees a esc permit application as they submitted a waiver request with the plans I have tried to get in touch with Wes Steele to let him know that an application was needed. My call was never returned so I sent the plans on to Ron H. I thought they would be routed to you, Ron called this Steven Moore and said he had talked with you an dyou stated no permit was needed for what they had planed to do. The plans have now been routed to the fee status and Cathy Mae noticed my comments in the comments section and brought the plans to me. at this point I have routed them to you and you can say if they pass or not. 10-8-08 PER STW minor work being done No ESC needed///dld
