This project is for the addition of 80s.f. of living space to an existing single family dwelling. The addition will consist of the enclosure of an existing covered patio at the rear and the removal of current exterior bearing walls with support structure as necessary. There will be minor foundation work to the fireplace foundation area along with the new foundation poured at the exterior line of the patio to be enclosed. Separate electrical permit is required. This project will also include the removal of the cedar roof and replacement of asphalt shingles. Due to the small scope of excavation and concrete work an ESC permit is not required.
