No seperate IFC comments attached to plans. Temporary FD access roadways are being coordinated by the assistant Fire Marshal - Mark Senteno. Mark will be performing onsite inspections as construction phases progress. The BFD has agreed to allow foundation construction to begin with one operating fire hydrant located at the Northeast access of the project. Combustible materials will be allowed to be stored in an area not to exceed 100x150 feet at the North east area of the project. Temporary FD access roads shall be made available to combustible construction storage site and areas of building construction, as approved by Mark Senteno.
