This project is for the interior remodel of an existing single family dwelling. The remodel will consist of the opening up of select interior wall coverings to access new plumbing and electrical work. There will be an interior sliding partition removed and also some header work from the living room to the hallway. The windows and select exterior doors will also be replaced. There is to be a new gas fireplace insert. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked, energy option 1 and the plan review notes. pep
