This project is for the 3rd phase of an ongoing that is to include an addition to the rear of 81s.f. to allow for a new code complying stair to the basement and new rear enclosed porch. The project is to include the removal of all interior partitions in the basement and the reconfiguration of same to create a new laundry area, 2-bedrooms; new bathroom; family room / study. The project also will include the placement of a new floor support beam structure that will be inspected and confirmed per the engineering by the engineer of record. R-1CH ok per DRH08-00225 by Mathew Halitsky. Separate electrical, plumbing, and mechanical and ESC permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked energy option 1; engineering calculations and the Engineer's details along with the plan review notes. pep
