Work includes interior nonbearing walls, finishes, stairs, railings, doors, landings, door hardware, accessible restroom, bi-level accessible drinking fountain and service sink; upgrade of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, sprinkler and alarm systems. See the correction notice left at the job site for items needing addressed.. Per a conversation with Scott the remote FDC and PIV arer not required. I measured the distance from the existing fire hydrant to the now wall mounted PIV and FDC and the distance is roughly 250'-0" which is ok with Scott.

If a shower is added on the second floor a fully accessible shower is required on the first floor since there is not an accessible route to the second floor. He will provide new plan sheets showing no shower and a closet where the shower was.
