Talked Jeremiah Stone (###-####) about the single family house at 10515 W Palazzo. The bay window on east side is in the side yard setback and aminities need to be built or bonded for before building permit is passed.

Talked with Max Boesinger about the CUP amenities and the ameniteis are not built yet. He did not know if the required amenities were bonded for and I told him that he needs to build the amenities or bond for it. Mr. Boesinger states that he will build the amenities at about the same time as this house. He will come in today 10-13-08 and discuss with the planning staff the amenities and a CUP mod for bay windows and changes to back units.
