MODIFICATION TO PERMIT INCLUDES ADDING A BATHROOM WITH A DORMER ABOVE. SQUARE FOOTAGE WILL INCREASE BY 112 SQUARE FEET. BSP 3-12-09 (Unit 1 Building 13) This permit is for the construction of a new townhouse with three attached units. This is unit 1 that has a total of 1071 square feet with an attached garage of 308 square feet. The main level is 630 square feet with one bathroom, a kitchen and an office. The second level is 441 square feet with two bedroom and one bathroom. The setback from the side property line is five feet for this building and will require the eaves to be fire rated to one hour on the underneath side per the detail on the approved plans. Epoxy anchors are being used on the interior walls and these will require a special inspector's sign off that will be provided to the City of Boise inspector on site. SEE COMMENTS FOR ANCHOR INFO. The furnace has been placed in the attic space and will require a walkway in the attic and a working platform, see attached plan review report for details. The separation wall is built to WP 4136 as noted and detailed on the approved plans. This two hour wall may not have any penetrations, the columns in the garage must be placed inside the separation wall. R-2D zoning district, building setbacks, CUP07-00150, CUP08-00058, and DRH08-00043 per Planning and Zoning. Built per all approved plans, red lining, engineering, and plan review report. (BSP)
