(Unit 4 Building 14) This permit is for the construction of a new townhouse with four attached units. This is unit 4 that has a total of 1401 square feet with an attached garage of 431 square feet. The main level is 627 square feet with one bathroom, a kitchen, and a covered front porch of 48 square feet. The second story is a total of 774 with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The setback from the side property line is five feet for this building and will require the eaves to be fire rated to one hour on the underneath side per the detail on the approved plans. The separation wall is built to WP 4136 as noted and detailed on the approved plans.
