(Unit 1 Building 15) This permit is for the construction of a new townhouse with three attached units. This is unit 1 that has a total of 1401 square feet with an attached garage of 431 square feet. The main level is 627 square feet with one bathroom, a kitchen, and a covered front porch of 48 square feet. The second story is a total of 774 with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The setback from the side property line is five feet for this building and will require the eaves to be fire rated to one hour on the underneath side per the detail on the approved plans. Epoxy anchors are being used on the interior walls and these will require a special inspector's sign off that will be provided to the City of Boise inspector on site. SEE COMMENTS FOR INFO. The furnace has been placed in the attic space and will require a walkway in the attic and a working platform, see attached plan review report for details. The separation wall is build to WP4136 as noted and detailed on the approved plans. This two hour wall may not have any penetrations, the columns in the garage must be placed inside the separation wall. R-2D zoning district, building setbacks, CUP07-000150, CUP08-00058, and DRH08-00043 per Planning and Zoning. Built per all approved plans, red lining, engineering and plan review report. (BSP)
