(BROADWAY VET - CUP08-00091) This building is NOT fire sprinklered. To remodel an existing 7,938 square foot building and convert it from a child day care facility to a veterinary clinic. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, exterior doors, exterior windows, millwork, and finishes. In addition, a wood floor structure will be constructed over an interior depressed floor area (about 528 square feet). The surface of the new floor will be at the same elevation as the surface of the existing main floor. Construction includes wood pony walls, wood "I" joists, wood structural sheathing, and perhaps gypcrete topping. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, with the structural design, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. **CJW**
