Description
This project is for the placement of a new 40 square foot retaining wall at the corner of an existing single family dwelling to allow for a new egress window and a larger front patio area. The new window will have to be cut into the existing concrete basement wall. A letter from the applicant's geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing sub-grade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection.
