Provide approved door hardware at three exit doors on the first floor, repair one set of exit doors 1st floor south side, repair one non-funtional EM light at the main level west side, remove surface bolt at the basement level exit NE corner, provide a current annual inspection for the existing fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems, noted one SSU at a basement storage room to be relocated, noted missing drop ceiling tiles throughout the basement level-area separation is missing between upright and pendent sprinkler heads.

Telcon from Brad Baker, Multi State Elec., ###-####. He inquired which doors would require exit signs and exterior (discharge) lighting, there are several doors. I referred him to Tim Woodard (bldg plan reviewer) to determine which doors would be required and acceptable as the required exits. I also explained that other exterior doors which look like an exit and those that are used as entrances, will also need to be designed as exits with regard to hardware and emergency lighting. I explained after they pick up the permit, they can schedule an inspector to come out and look at the situation.
