A new FACP pannel was installed for sprinkler riser monitoring and no permit was pulled for this work, no testing has been completed on the new FACP. Called Mike with Alarmco and let him know that A PERMIT IS REQUIRED for changing out this pannel. This permit WILL NOT BE FINALED until a fire alarm permit is pulled and signals verified. KR
