To remodel an existing 11,651 square foot tenant space to be used as an indoor playground and party facility for children. I called Doug Simpson at BRS. We are going to need a parking analysis for the site. Much of this space which use to be wholesale or warehouse space is now being used for retail or assembly. I am not sure if there is enough parking for all of the businesses per the ordinance. I spoke with Cody Riddle and he felt we could probably evaluate the parking at 1/250 sq. ft for the proposed use. Mr. Simpson will be submitting a zoning certificate for the parking analysis.
