(MONKEY BIZNESS) This building is fire sprinklered for building area increase and for fire area. To remodel an existing 11,651 square foot tenant space to be used as an indoor playground and party facility for children. This tenant space will be converted from an M Occupancy to combination A-3, B, and S-1 Occupancies. Air inflatable toys and other play structures will be provided within the play areas. Work is to include 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, suspended acoustical ceilings, gypsum board ceilings, millwork, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. Project on hold until the required information is received. (1-2-09) The IBC plan review was started on December 29, 2008 and was finished on January 2, 2009. Revised drawings were required. Sarah Schafer. Change in use from retail/warehouse to an assembly use.

I called Doug Simpson at BRS. We are going to need a parking analysis for the site. Much of this space which use to be wholesale or warehouse space is now being used for retail or assembly. I am not sure if there is enough parking for all of the businesses per the ordinance. I spoke with Cody Riddle and he felt we could probably evaluate the parking at 1/250 sq. ft for the proposed use. Mr. Simpson will be submitting a zoning certificate for the parking analysis.
